hemorrhoids?

I developed hemorrhoids about 7 months ago while taking ultram (which made my stool hard and large). They do not hurt, or bleed but I feel them and sometimes they get quite large. Should I not worry about them unless they hurt or bleed? any suggestionns on how to get rid of em? I’ve tried the normal stuff (diet, fiber, sitz bath) but have had no luck in getting rid of them. It just seems unecessary to have surgery on them if they don’t hurt or disrupt my life at all.

Specifically I have heard about "thyroid calming" which you give 2 small black pills, twice a day. Any advice would be appreciated. Trying to avoid the high cost of vet prescribed pills for now.
