Has anyone else out there lost a lot of weight on Medifast?
I just started the program 6 days ago and I have lost 7.7 pounds! My doctor highly recommended it so i thought I'd give it a try. I would like to talk to other people who are doing it because i need some encouragement. There are a lot of people who make fun and say that it is impossible for someone to lose 50 pounds in 6 or so months!
