I'm considering trying the medifast products to lose weight. Has anyone out there tried it? How did you do? Did you keep the weight off? Tell me everything!

I haven't tried medifast, but I have had great results with an all natural product called Isagenix. I have lost 20 lbs and gone from a size 18-10. My good friend also has had great results losing 152 lbs and keeping it off for 3 years.
