Why do I have trouble being independent…?

Health

I have trouble being independ. It is like I can't do normal stuff that adult can do. In my head I feel like I can't do it and when I try I just can't do it. I think I have a learning disability and I also blame it on my horrible memory… can someone please tell me what is wrong with me?

I also think it might be a mental block… I have tried things like eft and sedona method but they didn't work, so now I think I have a disability or something

When you say "disability", are you refering to a "mental disability"? Particularly a "learning disability"? If you are referring to this, you may want to visit a psychologist(with a Ph.D) who can assess your IQ and determine whether or not this is true. If your IQ is low enough, you will qualify as being "mentally disabled".

However, if you are not, perhaps you have relied too much on others(particularly your parents) while you were growing up to be independent now. Perhaps you are conditioned to rely on others opposed to yourself. The way to combat this is to slowly learn how to fend for yourself. Slowly learn how to cook, how to bank, how to budget, etc.
