However, if you are not, perhaps you have relied too much on others(particularly your parents) while you were growing up to be independent now. Perhaps you are conditioned to rely on others opposed to yourself. The way to combat this is to slowly learn how to fend for yourself. Slowly learn how to cook, how to bank, how to budget, etc.</description>
